Look, nobody enjoys reading legal documents. I get it. But if we're going to work together on casino software that handles real money, we need to be clear about expectations on both sides.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our casino software solutions and related services. By engaging with our platform or services, you're agreeing to these terms. If something doesn't make sense, just ask - I'd rather clarify now than deal with confusion later.
Service Scope and Deliverables
We provide custom casino software development, platform integration, and ongoing technical support. Each project starts with a detailed scope document that outlines exactly what we're building, the timeline, and the cost breakdown.
What you can expect from us:
- Clear milestone-based development process
- Regular progress updates (weekly at minimum)
- Transparent communication about challenges or delays
- Code that's documented and maintainable
- Post-launch support during the initial stabilization period
Client Responsibilities
Here's what we need from you to make this work:
- Timely feedback: When we send you demos or ask questions, we need responses within the agreed timeframe
- Required materials: Gaming licenses, payment processor credentials, branding assets - whatever we outlined in the scope
- Testing participation: Your team needs to actively test features before launch
- Compliance documentation: You're responsible for maintaining proper gaming licenses and regulatory compliance
Payment Terms
Projects are typically structured with milestone-based payments. Standard terms are 50% upfront, 25% at halfway point, 25% at launch. For ongoing support contracts, we bill monthly.
Late payments (over 15 days) may result in service suspension. Nobody wants that, so let's keep things current.
Intellectual Property
Custom code we write specifically for your project belongs to you once final payment clears. However, our proprietary frameworks, tools, and any pre-existing code libraries remain our property. Think of it like buying a custom-built house - you own the house, but the contractor keeps their tools and blueprints.
Warranties and Limitations
We guarantee our code is professionally written and free from critical bugs at launch. We'll fix any defects discovered within 90 days of deployment at no charge.
That said, we can't guarantee your casino will be profitable (too many variables outside our control), that you'll never have technical issues (welcome to software), or that regulations won't change (they always do).
Confidentiality
Everything we learn about your business stays confidential. Your player data, financial information, business strategies - all protected. We expect the same courtesy regarding our proprietary development processes.
Termination
Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. You'll pay for work completed to date. If you terminate early, you lose access to ongoing support but keep the deliverables already provided.
Dispute Resolution
If something goes wrong, let's talk first. Most issues can be resolved with a straightforward conversation. For disputes that can't be worked out directly, we agree to binding arbitration in accordance with US commercial arbitration rules.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Active clients will be notified of any material changes 30 days in advance.
